1) Where did you hear about DeepBot from?
I think, that i heard it from BizBony, but i'm not sure.
2) What is your stream name?

3) What is your Twitch bot account name? This needs to be a valid Twitch account that you own (meaning you have the Twitch login credentials for it) other than your streamer account.

4) What is your streaming schedule? [Days/Approximate time]
Every day from monday till friday: from 21:00-24:00(00:00)
And on weekends from its a random time from 10:00 or later, but i mostly stream then 8 or more hours.
5) Is your stream partnered with Twitch?
No.
6) What is the average number of users in your channel?
From 20 to 50 users.
7) Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot? If so, please specify which bot you are currently using.
No.
