1. Where did you hear about DeepBot from?
  Searched through the internet comparing bots and heard nothing but fantastic things about Deepbot!!

2. What is your stream name?

3. What is your Twitch bot account name? This needs to be a valid Twitch account that you own (meaning you have the Twitch login credentials for it) other than your streamer account.

4. What is your streaming schedule? [Days/Approximate time]
   Friday - Monday 8AM - 1AM MST

5. Is your stream partnered with Twitch?
    No

6. What is the average number of users in your channel?
    10-30, 25+ during peak hours

7. Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot? If so, please specify which bot you are currently using.
    From revlobot would be great but not entirely necessary.
