1.Where did you hear about DeepBot from?
2.What is your stream name?
3.What is your Twitch bot account name? This needs to be a valid Twitch account that you own (meaning you have the Twitch login credentials for it) other than your streamer account.
4.What is your streaming schedule? [Days/Approximate time]
5.Is your stream partnered with Twitch?
6.What is the average number of users in your channel?
7.Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot? If so, please specify which bot you are currently using.

3. ButtheadBot
4. Usually stream on weekends around 9:00pm(US) night streams! Sometimes I will be on during 9:00AM(US)!
5.I am currently not partnered but perhaps someday!
6. I have over 8000 followers... sometimes 20... sometimes 200!
7. I do not want to transfer points! If i can transfer the Hours that would be better!
