Help/Support / Chat box stops showing new chats

I've been struggling with this for a couple weeks. Chat box will show me new chats for awhile, then out of nowhere, it will stop. I don't notice until someone messages me and says they've been talking in my chat with no responses. Disconnecting the bot and reconnecting sometimes helps, changing to the Forums tab and changing back sometimes forces it to load. I checked for new updates, but deepbot says I'm running the latest version. Help? This is a terrible problem to have so close to getting affiliated. It looks like I'm ignoring people, but really, I'm just not getting the chats.

This happened the last time I updated the bot as well with the only resolution being to completely uninstall, delete, then re-install and run an older version of the bot. When I just recently updated to the latest version, I loaded up the bot and my chat box, both for my stream, and the forum chat is offset about 5 chat lines. Above the chat box is just empty space. There are clickable items in the blank space (like the text toggle) but the items are invisible and the actual image for them appears below by 5 lines or so. Is there a resolution to this? I lost my viewers' hours and currency last time I had to reset and I'd like to do a raffle soon, so I'd rather not delete and re-install..

With the 9.8.8 update, I've lost the bottom inch and a half of my chat box when viewing in the bot. The whole chat box appears underneath a wide black bar inside the box. It looks fine if I pop chat out, but I would prefer to read through the bot. I am missing about 4-5 lines of chat from the bottom, however the links for clicking on people's names or the dark/light background switch are still linking in the correct position, not with where the chat is showing up, but inside the black bar area. I have tried restarting, redownloading and installing the update file. Is there a fix for this?
