I would Like all:
Followers, hosts and subs, gisp subs all to get whispered if they did these things.

Donations get announced in the chat and thanked for the donation but don't show the msg from the donation.


if it was possible and someone hosted with more than 50 viewers it will say in the chat

if anyone can help me i seriously would like to talk 1 on 1 with someone on team speak or skype or discord or whatever that person uses.
and have them help me develop some custom things for my deepbot for chat games, and perhaps more please.

this is seriously very important to me and im trying to get as much done as soon as possible.

[examples]
when someone does:

!NewFollowers
!FollowerTarget
!DonationGoal

or more whatever you want the command to be,
will show up on screen wherever you want it to be, with or without a noise [most likely no sound by default]

these commands can have a cooldown.
& if someone does one of the on screen commands before the cooldown it will whisper the person "the awnser the person wanted" or say wait for the cooldown @CoolDownSecondsLeft@


this would make streaming in the chat in someways more interactive and it can be optimized per stream to be less spammy or more frequent if there smaller streamers

I want that whatever command i have made no matter whatever its cooldown time is, that if someone spams that command before the cooldowns Up, it will just whisper them the reply they wanted so they atleast can get the info back.

Is it Possible To have the command:

!SongRequest Just go to a Text Folder with user name, time. and in order bottom to top [newest] with the song request link and a command reply
[have this command delete the users msg of the request but have the bot right away say:

 " Thank's For the Song, Its Pending we will See if it abides the Rules below. [give it 20Minutes] "

and if the text document isnt possible a google doc to export the user, name, time and url to song would be great [YouTube urls only]
