I apologize for this. I applied earlier and I got approved with the Bot name SHIFTBOT when I needed it to be SHIFTB0T ..
1.Where did you hear about DeepBot from?
Terminal_Mkii is the streamer I watch 24/7 and he has Deepbot
2.What is your stream name?
twitch.tv/SLHiLFT
3.What is your Twitch bot account name? This needs to be a valid Twitch account that you own (meaning you have the Twitch login credentials for it) other than your streamer account.

4.What is your streaming schedule? [Days/Approximate time]
FRI-MON - 11am - 1am TUES-THURS - 7pm - 11pm
5.Is your stream partnered with Twitch?
NO
6.What is the average number of users in your channel?
12-25
7.Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot? If so, please specify which bot you are currently using.
Using REVLO but I do not need to Migrate anything
