Same with me, everyone was back to 0 hours and all points were reset

Help/Support / Bankheist not working

I have the enabled box checked and have changed the bank name but it never seems to pop up during streaming. I stream daily for at least 4 hours and have it set to reset every 10 minutes; should have initialized at some point. I have talked to the streamer who recommended Deepbot and he said the message that it is available should pop up automatically when its ready to be used. Please help as my viewers would like to enjoy this mini game, the arena games are working so I am at a loss.
