I am unable to install the x64 version.  I'll update my OS to windows 10 x64 to see if it fixes the problem.

This fix did not work for me.  Running on vista 32bits

Did you install both 32 and 64 bit? (x86 and x32)

With the website that you provided (http://www.microsoft.com/en-sg/download/details.aspx?id=30679), I am not able to see the x32 version.  There is 3 options, x86, x64 and vcredist_arm.  Here is my errorlog: http://pastebin.com/JhMCyMVP

This fix did not work for me.  Running on vista 32bits
