Help/Support / Commands in chat isn't working?

Isn't there a set of default commands for my viewers to use?

the only one that is working is !gold (my stream currency) and that's it...

When I go to "Channel Commands" and try to add a new command nothing happens, what am I doing wrong?

So, I'm having a problem with the donation notification showing up in CLR, and also I'm getting an error right off the rip when I try to connect.



1.) So when I hit connect, it shows 2.) this error message - when I authorized to twitch my password is automatically saved, so there's no margin for typos in pw.



I followed the steps here -> http://deepbot.deep.sg/wiki/OBS+CLR+Browser and my follower notifications appear on OBS, but not my donation notifications.

Where did you hear about DeepBot from?
 
- A viewer suggested I look into the software.

What is your stream name?

- UberEugenics

What is your Twitch bot account name? This needs to be a valid Twitch account that you own (meaning you have the Twitch login credentials for it) other than your streamer account.

What is your streaming schedule? [Days/Approximate time]

- Weekly 10 A.M. - 4:30 P.M. / 12 P.M. - 4:00 A.M. (I stream mornings/nights depending on my real life responsibilities)

Is your stream partnered with Twitch?

- No.

What is the average number of users in your channel?

- 200 at peak hours.

Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot? If so, please specify which bot you are currently using.

- I do not.
