thanks for the reply, unfortunately non of these helped so far
deepbot runs as admin, it is a mod in my channel and because i just installed my entire OS again (new ssd & hard drive, reinstalled windows on ssd, installed bot on second HD) i dont have an anti virus program yet (freshly reinstalled computer).
i also tried a completely new version of deepbot and the problem still persists. then tried to copy over the backup files (so i have my commands and user database back) and let it sit for a while but it's unfortunately still making trouble.
so i guess its most likely not a corrupted file since everything is pretty fresh as for now

i've used deepbot for a few month already and the problem just fixed itself back then but i cant really rely on waiting until it eventually magically fixes itself again ._.

thanks for the help so far though, i hope we can get this fixed

Deepbot stops responding every now and then (every few minutes it will stop responding for very few minutes, making it unresponsive towards commands and working with the bot impossible,)
after its done having its phase (after chosing to wait for the program to respond again instead of shutting it down) it acts like nothing happened and just spams out all the commands and everything else that has happened while it wasnt responding.
It sometimes gets stuck in a loop though, aspamming (literally spamming) through all my timed messages without mercy until i reconnect the bot
While it doesnt sound like much of a big deal (since the commands just respond VERY late, its really annoying for my stream since i work with a lot with viewer queues and many people dont bother joining until my match is over and i invite a new batch of viewers to my party.
people wanting to join while the bot isnt responding wont get into the queue in time and i have trouble operating the bot and drawing the viewers since its not responding.
problem has been there the past few days...


I've had this problem before and also made a post on it, all the suggestions at that point did not fix my issue.
the problem just randomly disappeared after i gave up on deepbot and called it a day, then at some later point (DAYS later) i opened it and everything was just fixed?
it responded just fine, several hours a day, every day, for months.

now the problem appeared again and its really frustrating.. i need this bot to work properly as soon as possible..

I tried: reinstalling, switching ports, disabling scanning the chat for mods, running deepbot on its own so no program interferes with it, firewall is not blocking deepbot, running deepbot a few hours before stream starts to see if the problem fixes itsself, disabling any other features of deepbot ( timed messages etc. and as said, i used a completely new version of deepbot and the problem still persisted) claims its up to date (which makes sense since i just downloaded it again)

please help me find a solution to this..

Feature Requests / Show userranks - Viewer Queues

It would be nice to see the ranks of everyone who joins the queue BEFORE picking them, since i've got the system of favoring donators over viewers in some situations for those queues but i cant remember all my donaters.
(so you can see if they got the bronze/ silver/ gold star or if they are subbed to your channel [i dont know if the ladder is already implemented since i'm not partnered but just in case it isnt, it would be nice to see that too])

tried all but the except the "virtual machine" one.
Still Hanging and not responding from time to time..
any more suggestions..
this is day three with a buggy bot and its unbearable for the stream and i just refuse to switch back to my old bots.. they don thave the nice "on screen" feature...

Tried it all.
Permissions are set, full access on all users.
Running it as admin whenever starting it up.
Re-Did the log ins (the bot freezes without needed to be connected to any of the log ins though)
changed the port..
still the same problem :/ any other suggestions?

first of:  When i first downloaded the bot i had the same issue...
I started it and it took a good 5 minutes to start up and also kept freezing every few minutes for a good amount of time (1-3 min) and just stopped responding.
at that point i tried reinstalling and updating & nothing fixed it, wanted to refund but my lazyness paid off and upon starting it up a week later it all worked perfectly (i didnt change anything).
i set everything up and used it for a good month (maybe even two? lost track)
now out of nowhere, the same problem.
bot takes forever to start and keeps freezing every few minutes again.
the bot does not crash. all commands etc. used while it is "not responding" just suddenly activate whenever it "un-freezes" which happens automatically after said period amount of time.
i also have a problem of the bot being caught in a loop of literally spamming all times messages over and over again, so not just one run through all time smessages but every single one forever til shu down manually. (yes they are set up properly and worked just fine until the bot did this stupid freezing thing again)
so yea, whenever he starts responding again i have to disconnect and reconnect him to make him stop spamming the timed messages.
I would love to get this problem fixed as soon as possible since my whole stream is by now build up on deepbot.
hope we can soon figure out how to fix it~

every few minutes (around 2-5) deepbot freezes and becomes unresponsive for around 20 seconds to 1 minutes. No actions can be done while frozen unless forcefully shut down and restarted.
if left alone, deepbot recovers from it by itsself like nothing happened but continues to freeze  again after some time.
it repeats the freezing all the time, so keeping it up for a while doesnt make any difference.
to test if either my firewall or my antivirus programm are causing the issue, ive disabled them and restarted deepbot, issue continues.
its also only deepbot freezing, the rest of the PC works just fine and smooth as always.
