Help/Support / issues with install

hi everyone..  i need a bit of help with installing deepbot.. every time i try to install it keeps asking to repair my 2013 c++ 86 even though i have already done this several times!! and just goes round in circles  rebooting my system.. anyone got any ideas on why its doing this when i have had deepbot installed before with no problems.. also if i just close the prompt i am able to use the bot but none of my commands seems to work and i dont know if these problems are connected or 2 seperate issues?

Where did you hear about DeepBot from? Twarog68, Arthur_Connolly  many other streamers

What is your stream name? FlatCapRob

What is your Twitch bot account name? This needs to be a valid Twitch account that you own (meaning you have the Twitch login credentials for it) other than your streamer account.  FlatCapBot

What is your streaming schedule? [Days/Approximate time]  2-3 times a week  6pm - 10pm GMT

Is your stream partnered with Twitch?  not yet

What is the average number of users in your channel? 1- 20

Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot? If so, please specify which bot you are currently using. No
