I'm having the same issue, but with all tiers. Someone subs and I have to move them and add points manually. Hopefully there is a fix or something we haven't done.

Question One: How can you check if someone is a current follower? 

Question Two: Is it possible to make it so that only followers can earn loyalty points in chat? The only post about this is from 2014.

2. What is your stream name? Miz_Me0w
3. What is your Twitch bot account name? This needs to be a valid Twitch account that you own (meaning you have the Twitch login credentials for it) other than your streamer account. MizMe0wB0t
4. What is your streaming schedule? My schedule is currently under revision, but I stream 4-5 days a week. I do day and night streams. June 27th I will be implementing a permanent schedule.
5. Is your stream partnered with Twitch? No.
6. What is the average number of users in your channel? 10-20
7. Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot? If possible, I'm using Revlobot.
