Feature Requests / On first chat per viewer > send text and/or play sound file.

I just want to start by saying I like the consistent updates and added functionality.

My suggestion is from coming from someone that switched to Deepbot from using Ankhbot. I loved the ability for when some of my regular viewers first said something in chat that a welcome message from the bot would happen in chat and the bot would execute a sound file. I really hope this is possible.

Thank you again for all your hard work and I can't wait for all the awesome features, keep it up!
