Hi All,

I recently changed the name of my twitch stream. I went into DeepBot and changed my username and reauthorized my twitch with DeepBot. When I went to connect I received the message  "DeepBot is currently in closed Beta. Your stream 'jerrygobangbang' does not have access to the Closed Beta."

I have already donated and have had access for about 3 years now. Wondering if someone can help me out!

I didn't have a problem with it before and was using it for months. I doubt my router has any issue with the ports out of nowhere. I'll keep trying .

Yes tried all of these. The bot automatically boots as admin, and I have tried various combinations of ports given on another post with the same problem.

Hey Deepbot! I'm having an issue where every time I try to connect to the server it will connect for about 25 seconds and then disconnect. It never holds a connection. Any help is much appreciated! Thank you.

I tried reinstalling and that did not help either. Below is the error log

My stream friend G2PTA introduced me to the site, I instantly feel in love with the idea

4. Stream Schedule
Mon-Fri 2pm - 4pm eastern. Weekends 5 hours usually from 10 - 3 AM eastern

5. Is your stream partnered with Twitch?
It is not

6. Average number of users on your channel?
8-15 More during a giveaway

7. Do you need to migrate an existing points system?
I do Not.
