Thanks RepentGamingTV for this nice documentation.

Yesterday there was a new viewer in my chat, he wants to check his point and the bot does not answered him.
Fresh viewers have zero points, after 5 minutes (live) they'll get +10.

It could be an optional setting.
If there are less viewer an confirmation would be usefull.

Its the same when u have zero loyality points and want to check how much points u have.
The bot will not answer, it feels like the command is not working / you have to repeat it.

This feature would be great - as known from others bots (like Ultimate Twitch bot).
