For those of you who intend to limit what viewers can say in chat via spam control (e.g. you want to mandate a paid subscription and/or pointrs rank for certain custom commands and/or chat functions) there is currently a bug in the stable build that moderates ANYTHING using the command notation (read: !lockedcommand) and blocks it when spam control is set to 0 symbols and/or 0 emoji. Essentially, the moderation will interpret this as a forbidden action, issue a timeout/whisper and nullify the command as if nothing was entered. This appies to ALL commands, in case you're wondering - it is not limited to whatever commands you decide to lockdown. In essence, lockdown of emoji and symbols also imposes a lockdown upon your bot commands, even those commands on which you have no intention of imposing a lockdown.
I have confirmed this to be fixed in the current dev build so if this functionality is important to you I suggest taking the risk of the dev build (currently 9.9.3 as of this report) and use that instead of 9.9.2 until the next stable build is designated.
