Help/Support / Wont let me put my streamer name in it only has expertsonline in streamer

i can put my twitch name hockmanedits where the streamer name goes and my twitch bot is logged in and i cant get expertsonline to go away from the streamer name and i just bought my vip for the month so i need this to work.

I can not get my bank heist too work and i have tried literally everything to get it to work and it will not work...
