Feature Requests / Command That Takes Text Out of a File

I want to add a command that is sort of like how in OBS you can make a text layer and make it read the text of a file.

I want to be able to do this for certain things without having to actually add it onto my screen, and just to simply make a command for it!

It'd be cool if this could be added!

Tried updating to latest version to see if it'd fix it, but it goes through the update then freezes at "Wrapping Up..."

In my song requests panel, it can't play any Youtube Videos as it says I need to install Flash, although I already have it installed and I can watch Youtube videos on both Chrome and Internet Explorer.

Not sure how to fix it.

Your streaming schedule? [Days/Approximate time] Everyday 4PM - 10PM (EST)
Is your stream partnered with Twitch? No.
Average number of users on your channel? Usually on average about 20, but when I do my 24 hour streams every Saturday I hit up to 60 - 80.
Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot? If yes, please specify which Bot you are currently using. No, I do not.
