Help/Support / Obtaining deepbot beta app closed ?

Ok I've got a question for the support staff and or dev team
Was looking to buy the $10 License for deepbot however the beta applicaiton are closed so it looke like I can not fill out the applcation
the question is if i buy the $10 license after clickong on the paypal buttion Dose it take me to a place to download deepbot or the application page then wait for email to download deepbot ? Just trying to understand how this process is to work . Don't wish to pay for some thing then the process get gliched or i get screwed .
