Thanks, yeah we did that guide, it was actually just the known login error that the rollback patch fixed, all good.

Same stream name, having a blank white screen when Authing, stuck on "Twitch Authenication" "Connecting to Twitch", figured this is probably why and needed to be manually updated, thanks.

Having the exact same problem happen atm.. We updated the bot to the new update/patch also.

I don't think would matter because it's not the streamer login/name changed, but we did change the Bot name also. Seems tho we were having problems with the bot not showing commands in the stream chat, but would still show on the bot chat itself.


Edit- Just to go make clear, that main problem now is the autho/login not working at all to start, tried some different ways posted in topics also, maybe I missed a fix possibly.

Thanks Repent, will try it, I saw it last night and it was greyed but pretty sure it's because of how we have the bot setup not being completely from the streamer himself. (As per my other topic/question and thank for you replying there also) So yea hopefully once we get that figured out it will allow the sync to go through, definitely not updating 160 subs myself ha.

So today we launched as a partner on Twitch finally, amazing and all. But as luck would have it myself who operates our Deepbot for the channel nor the Channel Streamer himself noticed our VIP status ended sometime the night before.. so we went the entire stream this way until we ended and saw a payment had to be made to re-enable the feature, we did so. But one obvious and major problem is, we now have no files or recognition from the bot of over 155 Subscribers we accrued during the stream...

I truly do hope there is some kind of backup file, import, or way to sync with Twitch to fix this very substantial annoying problem.

Hello to everybody, first time posting here since my stream started using Deepbot, which has been great so far, and I have a few questions/problems..

First off currently I the stream manager/head moderator run the Deepbot itself, update it's config, and so fourth for the streamer of the channel we use the Deepbot in. For us personally it was just much easier that way, the problem we run into is at the moment I only log in with the "Bot Login" and not the "Streamer Login". I myself just did not want to have the ability to access someone elses Twitch account that was not mine to be plain and simple. Though it seems some features, well some major features, that we really could use with our stream growing at a very rapid pace as of late, we cannot access because of this setup. So as you may have guessed by now my question is, is there a work around for this that I just have not seen yet or realized? Hopefully something simple and I missed it!

A couple other things I have noticed but am not sure if are linked to my above problem/current working scenario are...

- the ''mod action log'' not registering anything at all.
- Not being able to work it so the Bot itself can be whispered for commands, mainly the "!point" command, for instance to set it up as when a user within chat types !points to check their total, the bot will whisper them the total. I've seen a few topics on this but just cannot seem to get it enabled though I've tried a multitude of ways members offered. We definitely have a !points spam problem badly as of late, same goes for the usual, !hours, !followage etc.
- The last option off the top of my head I have not seen a way to enable is specific options for 'Purge, Timeout, Ban' as per different words. For instance if the word ''car'' was banned, you set one of the 3 options for that word.. and that option in turn will go for your Entire Black List? This obviously also goes the same for only being able to set one of the 3 moderation actions as per links, and the varied spam also. At first I definitely suspected I was missing something with that limit to such a major feature, still hoping I am.


Any help is much appreciated, I'm new to Deepbot, but very much so a fan after we started using it!
