Help/Support / DeepBot Is Putting Chat Notifications From Another Stream In To Mine

I have DeepBot set up on my computer and it has never been logged in on any other computer, but for some reason I am getting host notifications from an entirely different streamer. The host notification that comes up in chat is being taken from someone else's stream and not my own. It started doing it yesterday and I have tried to log out and log back in on both my bot and actual twitch account. It is driving me insane and giving false host notifications.

I have tried to run DeepBot as a non admin, switched the port on both and redid the auto authorization.

Running DeepBot as an admin on my computer will cause this?

I recently paid for and downloaded DeepBot and I have the gold star at the top of the window when the bot is running, but nobody in my chat, myself included, can request songs by name or add certain commands that are available while using the VIP service. Anyone have advice on what to do?
