I believe it will automatically go live when the Twitch API starts reporting that you are a partner. Probably would require a restart of Deepbot when it does go live but non the less.

Are there any instructions anywhere that I can review on recommended settings once that does come through?  Are there any additional features that will be open or available that I should look out for as well?

To Whom It May Concern:

My channel was recently partnered by Twitch and I'm trying to get everything setup for when the sub button goes live.  How do I activate everything within deepbot?  Can't seem to find how to activate the sub notification tab, etc.

Since the name change it appears that I cannot use any of the chat functions within the bot.

It says it's connected.  Currently both tabs are green and the option says disconnect.  I can now edit the stream title however I still cannot get typed messages in the chat box to go through in the chat tab or in the streamer chat tab.

Good Morning,

Yesterday a name change was made on my account and service to Deepbot was restored.  On the surface everything looks good, however there are three areas that seem to not be working. 

1. Stream Title - Cannot be updated, when I try to make a change it turns red.
2. Chat - For some reason I cannot chat from Deepbot, basically anything I type in the box and hit enter just never appears.
3. Streamer Chat - The same issue as number 2.

I am getting an error when I try to login via Deepbot.  It says, "an error occured when trying to validate your OAuth with Twitch.  Please try regenerating your OAuth code.  If the error persists, please report on the forums.

Was just bumping this because it appears the other admins are unable to help me with this.  It appears that since I used the new Twitch Username Update this can only be switched by ExpertsOnline.

Feature Requests / Export User database to excel

Good morning, I have been a deepbot user going back to about August of this year and I'm very happy.  Part of my approach is viewer outreach and it would be a lot easier if I could access all the user details on a spreadsheet instead of within the confines of the smallish window of Deepbot.  Is an export feature something that could be implemented or is there someone that can help me build an export via the api?  I would be willing to pay for any services that someone would provide to make this work, assuming that it's not being developed already by the creators.
