Help/Support / Remote Edit for Timed Message(s)?
« on: March 06, 2017, 07:49:45 AM »
So, my streamer has an automated/timed message to post a tweet for the stream for those in chat to retweet. Currently he's streaming from another location as we hope and pray the bot stays live. Is there any way of updating the link remotely as a mod? For the record, I'm put in as a mod lv. 2, I'm on the complete other side of the country from the bot.

I've tried shuffling through google, but found nothing helpful. As far as I'm aware, there's no command proper for it either. Any help offered is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I'll point it out to him and see if that helps. Thank you!

Config Tab > Sub Notification Options. ;)

Aaaaaand back again, because apparently that deals with on-screen notifications? He just wants the text-based alert nuked from chat. If there's something we've missed, please feel free to break it down or photoshop a rough diagram. /buries face in hands

Thank you so much! Sometimes it's hard doing this kind of thing when we're on opposite coasts of the US. lol

General Discussion / Disabling Twitch Sub Alerts

Hello all! I'm a community manager for a twitch streamer that uses DeepBot, and I've been sent out into the wilds of the internet on a very important mission. He wishes to know how to disable the bot's chat alert for subs, because it has a habit of spoiling prime subs before the actual alert pops up.

Is it possible to disable it for prime only or is it an all or nothing deal? If it's possible to do at all, I'd love directions on what to do.

Any and all assistance is appreciated, please and thank you!
