I seemed to have deleted my email I got when I paid the $10 dollars and did my application and was accepted. Someone sent me a link to where I can download the deepbot application. Can someone help me with getting this downloaded again?

These setting are greyed out for me for some reason. I understand the sub alert option being greyed out because I am not partnered but why don't I have access to the other notifications?

Is your stream partnered with Twitch? Not Yet
Average number of users on your channel? New Channel but around 4-10
Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot? If yes, please specify which Bot you are currently using.
No other point system.

I do see a lot of successful streamer using this software so this will only increase my success with my channel.
