Bug Reports / Re: Deepbot using a lot of CPU in most recent updates
« on: September 27, 2015, 08:48:30 PM »
I'm not using chat moderation at all...even if I was that seems like a ridiculous amount of needed cpu power when the chat isn't active at all.

Thank you for the response though.

Bug Reports / Deepbot using a lot of CPU in most recent updates
« on: September 27, 2015, 10:09:27 AM »
Usually after a 6 hour stream I find deepbot using a significant chunk of cpu power even after the stream has been offline for several hours.  This has just recently become an issue since the update on the 24th.  It seems the subBrowser process seems to slowly have more and more cpu requirements.

Even with a full close/reload of Deepbot...there's about a 15-18% usage of cpu I can credit to Deepbot even with no livestream and just a handful of currently inactive chatters on the channel.

I'm not sure what additional information I can offer but this is a serious issue for me.  I am happy to provide whatever information you need to help potentially diagnose this problem.

I am requesting the bot be able to detect when a user is a twitch staffer or global mod is talking in a channel we can set a specific highlight colour for them.

Feature Requests / POLL: Hosting Loyalty Points
« on: September 05, 2014, 08:52:53 PM »
To try to encourage people to stick around on my channel when I'm hosting I would love to be able to give a varied amount of points/minutes when I have the automated hosting system operational and that system is hosting someone on my list.

Ideally I'd want to have something between the points issued when I'm actually online and when nothing is going on in my channel which is why I'm asking for the third option.

Bug Reports / Sub goal target does for OBS is not created
« on: August 14, 2014, 09:42:17 AM »
I don't know if the file will only update if a subscription is detected but as of right now there are no sub target files created in obs.  Setting targets and then restart deepbot created the followertarget.txt but nothing for subs.

Will it only occur when a sub occurs?  If so could there be an ability force a recreation either during restart or with a clickable button so we can set things up without having to wait for a subscription to occur.

Hmmm, it didn't unhost my channel automatically yesterday...I'll give it a try again tomorrow and report back.  The auto-switch on if it's just a checkbox option would then allow each streamer to make their own choice rather than relying on popular vote would it not?

I hope I'm not overloading you with requests...hopefully I come up with a few ideas that help produce an even better product.  Enjoy your weekend.

Implemented / Auto /unhost When Stream Goes Live [ lovindatacos ]
« on: August 10, 2014, 10:54:52 PM »
I'm requesting an adjustment to the hosting manager that it can detect if I'm streaming in my channel...if I am it auto disable the hosting in the channel.  Once I got offline for at least 5-10 minutes it will start hosting channels for me again (a 5-10 minute delay to deal with when I just need to do a quick restart)

This would then allow setting up a fire and forget system with hosting so that I'm promoting others when offline and allows for easy management when I happen to come online and eliminates a streamer from forgetting to

I think the hosting manager is an amazing addition and with a few tweaks can become something even better.  Thanks for all your hard work on this.

Feature Requests / Ability to see new viewers in viewer chat
« on: August 10, 2014, 10:45:28 AM »
One of the things I like to do in my channel is say hello to new viewers I've never seen before that hang out for more than a few minutes...it's a great way to capture new people's attention and keep them as long time viewers.

A feature I would love to see is having a configurable way to have chatter accounts that have been in the channel that are there for the first time and have been there for a minimum specified amount of time...ideally I'd like the ability to either place them at the top of my channel list or display in priority sequence before the normal chatters are shown but after the vips are displayed.

Obviously a feature like this would need to be able to be toggled on/off at the very least as larger channels may not be able to manage this well but it'd be a godsend for the smaller channels to try to captivate their audience and would be a very unique feature.

Bug Reports / Re: Hosting Manager - Custom text not working
« on: August 09, 2014, 12:12:50 PM »
I should also mention the switch after checkbox auto unchecks after reloading the bot as well.

Attached is a screenshot of the setup I am using however it doesn't show the exact text I'm trying to use for the "Before Hosting" section

The exact text I'm trying to use
Now hosting @stream@ - Please note the streamer will not see your chat unless you actually go to their channel

Using the above text...the default text still just shows up and my adjustments do not show up after a restart

Bug Reports / Hosting Manager - Timer for when host is being switched
« on: August 09, 2014, 09:03:16 AM »
If "Swift After" in the hosting manager is enabled...it'd be nice to see the countdown to the next host for both testing the feature works AND for informational purposes in managing the channel.

Bug Reports / Hosting Manager - Ability to turn hosting off
« on: August 09, 2014, 09:02:11 AM »
Turning the hosting manager off does not stop hosting on the stream.  I realize it can be done via chat command but a simple toggle to force it off would be very useful without needing to go to the chat.

Bug Reports / Hosting Manager - Custom text not working
« on: August 09, 2014, 08:55:42 AM »
Adjusting the custom text in the "Before Hosting" section

a)  Does not change what deepbot says when indication it is hosting a stream
b)  Does not save the changed text and reverts to it's default statement when the bot is reloaded

Since Twitch does give Ad revenue for commericals to the hosting party partners...I was wondering if it could be setup so that when using the auto-host system...when the system is switching to another host (either the host is oflfine or the auto-switch timer hits) it stops the hosts...run a commercial setup of our choosing and THEN loads up the new host.

That would go along way in allowing us to support our fellow streamers and still obtain some ad revenue when we're done hosting someone and before moving to another.

Bug Reports / Re: Hosting Manager
« on: August 09, 2014, 08:34:41 AM »
One thing I noticed is that you must capitilization matters!   Meaning if the url is lovindatacos you CAN'T use Lovindatacos in the hosting manager or it won't work.  I don't *think* any url in twitch has uppercase for a streamer's name and if that is the case, maybe forcing a string to lowercase before checking for the streamer to be online?

Feature Requests / Viewer Queues retain settings
« on: August 04, 2014, 11:56:17 AM »
A feature I would appreciate is the ability for the viewer queues to retain their configuration (keyword, title, entry filters, cost, length) even once deepbot has been shutdown and reloaded.
