Help/Support / Deepbot Not Showing Twitch Chat

So i took a break from  streaming, at the time i used deepbot to watch my twitch chat which was convenient cuz i didnt have to keep a twitch page open on my desktop to read the chat. However, upon updating i can no longer see my twitch chat on deepbot. i can type into deepbot's chat tab and it will appear on my twitch chat but nobody who types in my twitch chat shows up in the chat tab on deepbot.

also, it will let me connect if I use my bot account as the stream name. so would I then need to request to have it changed to my actual account? my twitch name on my forums account is what I'm going to be using to stream and http://www.twitch.tv/thealmighty_bot is what is going to be my bot for the stream

I have tried connecting my twitch account multiple times. I watched the youtube video, and I also have followed the directions on the FAQ in the forums for setting it up and did everything suggested to solving the issue. it is still saying that it is a closed beta and my twitch account does not have permission to access it. Please respond asap and thank you for your time
