Custom Notifications / Follower notification

I could use a little help getting deepbot setup to notify me on OBS. I use the CLR browser with nightdev for the notification but i have no idea how to link it with deepbot :X

It's also be awesome to have this image in CSS format if possible

Where did you hear about DeepBot from?
Just browsing the internets for bots. Not exactly sure how I found DeepBot

Twitch bot account name?(This needs to be a valid twitch account, other than your streamer account you own that the bot will connect to)

Your streaming schedule? [Days/Approximate time]
Nothing set in stone but usually around noon-5pst on weekdays

Is your stream partnered with Twitch?
No

Average number of users on your channel?
10-50, I've maxed out at around 200 during giveaways though

Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot? If yes, please specify which Bot you are currently using.
Yes, ModBot.

If I had some extra cash right now I'd donate. I really want a more open and useful and engaging loyalty system for my stream. ModBot is a little too simple for what I want right now and I think viewers in my channel would love the update.
