Are the users/videos on the blacklist? Are the videos equal to or less than the time set in the master settings for max length of songs? Are user's points below 2 billion?

Hello Deepbot users,

Even though my viewers have enough points in order to request song, they keep receiving this answes; Sorry @user, you can't requests songs currently.

I dig down all the master settings by hoping to find a solution there but not so far.



Please, help me out here
