Bug Reports / Sub Manager Not Displaying Subs

Hello folks!

I've got an odd issue.  When I go into the Sub Manager feature, there are only 5 subs displaying as a "Bronze" point earner and none listed anywhere else.  When I try to move subs, there are still only 5 listed.  I'm well above 5 subs, but when I check my database it also only shows 5 people (both online and offline) that are listed as subs.

The biggest issue with this, is those subs aren't gaining points at the rate they are supposed to be gaining.

I ran this by the streamer chat within DeepBot and was advised to post over here.

I'm interested in seeing who my top point gainers/hours watched/etc. have been.  Is there a way to view the database containing all the people that have obtained points?

I've checked through the posts and July 8th was the last one addressing it, but for some reason I'm not able to do anything by right clicking user database.  Any idea for how to reset points?

1) - I was browsing through Twitch streams that have existing loyalty bot programs, and Deepbot seemed to be the most frequently used.
2) - BaldyBot
3) - MWF - 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM (EST)  Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday - 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM (EST)  Saturday - Off
4) - Yes, I'm partnered.
5) - 100-250
6) - This is my first dive into the point system, so DeepBot will be my first one
