Help/Support / Cancel monthly charge

How do I stop the monthly charges? I can’t afford it anymore and couldn’t find anywhere to do it on your site. I’ve tried cancelling the reoccurring charges twice by PayPal but I keep getting charged anyway.

I think this is a great idea. Having the auto hosting initiated automatically after I have stopped streaming for a certain amount of time would be awesome.

My name's Jessica but I go by VoodoGirl (yeah, I'm aware I missed an o, happened when I originally created my xbox gamertag lol) I giggle way too much.

I'm a pretty new streamer, started the around June 2014 and just recently reached 1K followers. I try to interact with my viewers as much as possible. I raffle real cookies (yeahhh) & do periodic giveaways for other things like games. At the moment I stream almost daily if time permits with Saturday's being the day when my friend streams on my channel (MoWeenie Saturday).
