I have fixed this myself by deleting and NOT reinstalling the font, it seems the font may have been a rogue or corrupted font.  I dont know WHAT caused this, but its all working now.  I will leave this post up incase anyone else encounters it.

It seems Deepbot is crashing due ot having Font issues.  Sad thing is i have reinstalled the font in question and no love.
