Help/Support / User database
« on: July 28, 2014, 11:20:36 PM »
Hello,

Me and a friend have a twitch account which we both stream on in order to keep the online-time of the stream to a maximum.
Now here's the problem: We both set up DeepBot but when we go live the User Database isnt really up to date.
People will gather points on his stream & mine seperately, as in there is no real joint database.
Does this have something to do with the database not saving on a shared cloud or something?

TL;DR: Is there a way to keep the user database up to date whilst streaming from 2 different pc's or does it just save to the pc which deepbot is running from?

Thx

Where did you hear about DeepBot from? From various streamers. We asked them what they were using and 99% recommended this.

Your stream name? StegosaurusTV

Twitch bot account name?(This needs to be a valid twitch account, other than your streamer account you own that the bot will connect to) StegoBot

Your streaming schedule? [Days/Approximate time] Everyday for about 6 hours, 7 hours on a Saturday and most of Sunday.

Is your stream partnered with Twitch? Not yet, but that is the dream.

Average number of users on your channel? We started streaming on this new channel nearly a week ago now and we have been averaging 50 viewers every time we stream.

Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot? We had been trying ModBot as it was the first one we were told of, but turns out the spreadsheet database on google drive no longer works. So we will have noting to transfer.

Experts Edit : Application Accepted. Install complete. Thanks for the donation!
