Did the pop out window and its same thing, just a black screen does not want to capture the video. Very weird.

Tried to run as admin, same thing doesnt capture the video window, well it does capture it but its just black screen. Not sure why this is happening, never had a problem like this untill yesterdays new update =(

How do you pop out the player window?  I dont see any options anywhere to do it.

Hi since the new update yesterday i noticed that the window capture feature captures  the Music tab youtube window, but it does not want to display the video? Its just a black screen, the other tabs when i scroll through them they are normal and are displaying the sub region that i am capturing on the deepbot, but when i go to musick tab where it shows the youtube video its blacked out. No matter what i try. This is supposed to be like this since new update or is a bug?

Hi guys, just got a new PC was wondering if i will be able to transfer the bot with all my stuff on it to the new pc? Like userdatabase playlists etc. If anyone could help would be apreciated. I got a flash drive if needed just need to know how to do it. Thanks.

OK i think i got this, woulda been easier if you told me to login under my Streamer account not my bot account. Logged in under my account and i think it should be fine now, thanks for the help, next time you need to tell people what account to login exactly and such, apprecieate the help. Keep up the great work boys.

OK i logged into cognito mode, now up top right it says kielbasabot2 and it has 2 options
My account
and logout
and if i hit on my account it just displays APPLY FOR DEEPBOT in the middle of the page.
Theres no option to change bot name anything like this.. plz help and im sorry that this is so difficult.

That site is so weird, like it opens a window when u hit "connect with twitch" and nothing apprears in the window, i tried diff browser and its not working.. pretty annoying that the site is setup in some weird way and its hard to see where u going or where to login or what to do, not sure whats  going on. All i want to do is get my bot working, I made a new twitch account called kielbasabot2, the other bot was kielbasabot.... is this going to work if i made a new twitch account? can i use this account to make it my bot account? plz help!

Hi, i cant login to my bot because i dont know what email addres i used to make the bot and since twitch got hacked last night, i cannot login to my bot anymore or reset the password... i made a new twitch account for my bot and still cant login with it to the bot... plz help! what do i do?

So when i right click on the player and launch external player, it launches IE with the player window but it is blank and it does not play the video, how do i import my playlist into the external player?

The music player does not keep playing songs, you need to manually skip each song after its done. Please need a fix
