Bug Reports / cant login to twitch streamer account

i tried to login for few times and got those error messages: {"error":"Internal Server Error","status":500,"message":null}
any help?
edit: I cant login to the bot account too, its saying that the password is wrong but it isn't.

When random user using the !skipsong command its not costing any money for him, is there a way I can change that? even when I put the cost 100 it still have no cost

Is it problem in my settings or a bug? because I cant get it work, everyone who wants (even without the amount i set) can skip.

Your streaming schedule? [Days/Approximate time] There is no schedule but im streaming almost every two days between 12-16 IDT.
Is your stream partnered with Twitch? Not now
Average number of users on your channel? 20-25
Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot? If yes, please specify which Bot you are currently using. No

I donate the developers of the Deep Bot but I still haven't got the download link (I've been waiting for the link for something like 10 hours)
and if that matters I didn't wrote at the personal note that I need the link. will I still get it? and if not, can a mod help me get it because I paid 10$ as needed.
