I use to have everything working, but I am getting confused since I keep getting this:

3.) Your streaming schedule? [Days/Approximate time] Monday-Saturday 7pm PST-9pm PST.

4.) Is your stream partnered with Twitch? Not right now.

5.) Average number of users on your channel? 30-50 viewers.

6.) Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot? If yes, please specify which Bot you are currently using.

I use mIRC bot with a points system in it already.
