Help/Support / Problems changing follower audio

I cant seem to change the song clip i wish to use.  i can see the default audio but cant use my own audio clips even though they are saved in the exact same format.  any help appreciated.

Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot? no

I would be using deep bot to increase the interactions with my viewers and also use it for large giveaways to loyal viewers.  thank you for your consideration.
