My bot is not responding when a user types a !coin (coin) is my points command nothing responds whats wrong ?
Everything else works ?

Your stream name? Bashkee_EUNE
Twitch bot account name?(This needs to be a valid twitch account, other than your streamer account you own that the bot will connect to) BashkeeBoT
Your streaming schedule? [Days/Approximate time] 6 Times a week sometimes 7 , Streaming daily minimum Around 4-5 Hours
Is your stream partnered with Twitch? No
Average number of users on your channel? 15-20 (During the daytime streams) 30+
Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot? If yes, please specify which Bot you are currently using. Modbot
