Help/Support / No Beta access after Update!

Hey Guys up there,

i get the Deep Bot a few weeks ago after donating the 10 Dollars.
Everything was working finde for me. But some days
ago i was making the update, and when i wanna connect i get this massage:

"DeepBot os currently in closed Beta. Your stream currently does not
have eccess to the Closed Beta. Please apply at hiitP//deepbot.tv"

Why? I payed, i get access and everything was fine. But now after the
new update nothing is working.

DeepBot was connectet to the Twitch Channel : SaxyCookieBot
And the channel i stream is : FacktzUp

So please help me.
