Hello,

I am trying to figure out why Deepbot is double charging me every month. As far as I am concerned I should only be paying $5.00 a month, but I am being charged $5.00 twice a month, every month. Can someone please help me figure out who to contact for this?

Hello,

I am not sure if this is working or not.  I try to log into the OAuth Password on deepbot and it is not recognizing my Username "ZeusGaming".  Is there something that I am not doing correctly?

Hello,

I recently changed my Twitch name from xzeusxgamingx (old) to ZeusGaming (new) and now my bot doesn't want to work properly.  Is there anything I can do on my end?  Thanks for the help!
