Help/Support / Showing Viewers, no chatters??

i dont know what to do, this makes no sense to me Its showing me my viewers but not any of my chatters, i cannot award any points or do any raffles because my bot is not reading chat???

4. Your streaming schedule? 6p-12am EST 3-4 times a week
5. Is your stream partnered with Twitch? No.
6. Average number of users on your channel? 12-20. 50 peak. 189 highest.
7. Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot? Yes I'm currently using modbot if thats possible id great appreciate it.


I hope you consider me for use of your program, Ive seen its use through many streamers and you have a quality program that I hope I can enjoy to use for my stream. Thank you. Also just donated the $10 for the application.
