Is your bot banned?

Bot certainly isnt banned since it gives the "do this to enter the raffle" in chat, it's just that no-one (including myself) can enter the raffle (amongst other things).

None of the ! commands are working. This means I can't run raffles and users can't check their in-stream currency. Help please!

I was using incognito and getting the timeouts.

However, I did the flush dns thing AND the hosts file add and now it works. I can't say for sure which was the silver bullet, but doing both certainly did the trick!

The new link worked but the popup keeps timing out. I would normally think this is something on my end but my connection seems to be working just fine otherwise. I will try the other things you mentioned later and get back to you. Thanks for the help.

Could you please change my bot's name from Overtimebot to Reactorbot? Or remove overtimebot and replace it with reactorbot?

I haven't streamed in a while and lost the password/email details for overtimebot and when asked to re-authorize overtimebot I had no way to retrieve the password so had to make a new bot account.
