Feature Requests / Re: Cooldown for Welcome Back messages
« on: July 25, 2016, 12:21:04 PM »
I really really second this feature. My only issue with the bot (as well as everyone in my channel) is the fact that users sometimes go 'idle' and it's taken as a reconnect so the next time they talk they are welcomed again. Sometimes that time frame is QUITE short (minutes)... and sometimes the bot just flips out and greets people like crazy for no reason. People like to say the bot is drunk/crazy. I've almost debated turning welcomes off entirely because of this. (And mine are set to welcome on first chat, not entry to the channel). It get's spammy sometimes. =/

Welcome Backs/ Custom Welcomes REALLY need a cooldown setting. Depending on how long my stream that day is I'd love to be able to set it to 3-4 hours between people being able to be welcomed again. That way we could really cut down on spam and a user will only be welcomed once or twice a day with a good chunk of time in-between.

Help/Support / VIP Modification/ Rank Up Issue
« on: July 25, 2016, 12:11:54 PM »
I have created a command for 'normal users' to be able to 'rank up' to VIP Bronze for a small point fee and earn extra privileges. The command itself works just fine. A normal user can input the command, be granted VIP bronze (and all that it entails) for 30 days and have the appropriate amount of points deducted. I do not want to grant them any 'ranking up' beyond bronze so I have left those areas blank (If bronze Move to...etc). Unfortunately if they input the command again after becoming bronze instead of denying the request and them receiving the 'access denied' message (or just receiving no response), they see: Congratulations, @user@ you just ranked up from VIP Bronze and have become more powerful! Your new rank cost 0 points and will expire in 30 days." Nothing changes but it could become spammy.

I feel that to avoid this there would either need to be an option access control to only be set to 'normal users' so that bronze users (or higher) wouldn't be able to use the command...or for there to be an option to set 'none' in the 'move to' section. Is there any way to avoid this problem with spammy messages/ higher VIP using this command in the current state?

I have included a screenshot of my current settings.

Thanks Deepbot pros!

Help/Support / Active Chatter Multipler
« on: July 16, 2016, 05:46:08 AM »
I'm trying to rework the points in our channel but I'm wondering... In the general settings there is an active chat multiple which states "Activate points multiplier for viewers active in chat in the last x minutes" and you can input your chosen values. Does anyone know if this is in addition to the multiplier for their user class or in place of it? Depending on which way it's coded will change the values we'd want to use.

Thanks!
