Help/Support / Discord doesnt connect anymore

I can't seem to get Discord to connect again I have followed the instructions an was able to get the bot working in the beginning but now even if I make a new bot it still will not connect.
Also if anyone can help me with requesting music mine is stuck on VIP members only an I would like to make it so everyone can request songs but I cant seem to find it in any of the configs.

Please if anyone can help that would be great I've been trying for days an Im very tired of trying to get this bot to work correctly like it was on day one when there was 0 problems.

  • Twitch bot account name?(This needs to be a valid twitch account, other than your streamer account you own that the bot will connect to)
  • Your streaming schedule? [Days/Approximate time]
  • Is your stream partnered with Twitch?
  • Average number of users on your channel?
  • Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot? If yes, please specify which Bot you are currently using.
