Bug Reports / Sub Setting Issues

Hello,
So I just downloaded deepbot and wanted to set it up. Unfortunately, although I am partnered with Twitch, the option for Sub Manager under User Database is grayed out. I assume this is where I can manage my sub's ranks but I can't access it, further although the Sub notification under the Config tab is NOT grayed out, and I set it up so that it would auto promote new subs, the bot did not do that last time I had people subscribing. I hope this can be resolved

7. Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot? If yes, please specify which Bot you are currently using.  No
