Help/Support / Points got reset from reinstalling computer

Hi, I reinstalled my computer and when i reinstalled deepbot we noticed the points for my viewers got reset.  Is there a way to retrieve the points and put them back or did i have to save it before I did the install?

Hi my streamer name is ErrolApparel.  I haven't streamed in months so I can't log into my old bot.

I was wondering if I can change my bot from errbot to errbott.

Tuesday-Thursday 5pm to 3am
Friday-Saturday Anytime just try to get at least 12 hours each day

System Edit :Incorrect bot account.Please provide a valid twitch account that the bot will use to connect to twitch servers with. This can't be the same account as the stream account.
