Help/Support / Re: Gamewisp Actions Not Triggering

My gamewisp alert DID work last night!  I wonder if the new update fixed it?  Either way, so far so good.  Thanks for the help.  I noticed after the update the gamewisp connection icon is not showing at the top of the UI anymore though.  Is that intentional?

Someone resubbed yesterday.  Unfortunately, the chat notification did not work.  I'm stumped.  Any more ideas?

Ok, I ran the update file, looks like I went from 0.9.4.3 to 0.9.4.5.

Reset the connections as well that you mentioned.  Should it have retroactively fulfilled points it was owed if it is fixed? Or do I have to wait until someone subs or resubs to see if it is working now?

Appreciate the help.

Currently, it seems like Deepbot will only announce a donation in chat if the person correctly submitted their name.  Is it possible to make it so that the bot will announce the donation even if they spell their name wrong?

For example, if Twitch user "TwitchGuy22" were to fill out their name on the tip form as "TwitchGuy", no in-chat notification would play.  But if they put their full name, "TwitchGuy22" in the donation page it would work and say "TwitchGuy22 just donated $1.00".

I rely on my in-chat notifications in case I miss on-screen alerts.  I've missed donations because the bot wouldn't notify me via chat if the person donating didn't write their full name correctly.

NOTE: I'm talking about the TwitchAlerts integration here, I don't know if using a full name matters for notifications originating from Deepbot's tip page.

Help/Support / Gamewisp Actions Not Triggering

Hey there fellow Deepbot homies! I've been working on integrating my Gamewisp into Deepbot but am having issues.  I set it up so that my Gamewisp subs get points from subbing or resubbing.  I also set Deepbot to announce in chat when someone subs or resubs.  However, neither seem to be happening.  I have my gamewisp linked and am running as admin.  My bot works for everything else just fine.  Any idea why it isn't adding the points or announcing subs in chat like I have it set?  Am I missing something?  I'd really like this to work.  Thanks!

I'm confused and am trying to figure out the Bot, Was I supposed to make an account on twitch FOR the bot?  If so, the account name I picked in the application turned out to be taken.  Could I have the name switched from JuJuBot to RoboJuJu please?  Thanks! My Twitch name is SuperBadJuJu
