I know that it is possible to query the ranks like "General" and so on.

However, I would like to query the ranks as in the "TOP14".
So if someone is in 349th place, I want my Viewers can ask the bot for their ranks.

It worked after the Update.
But today you did another update and the same shit happens again. But this time a Framework Update dont fixed it.
What can I do?

Can you please bugfix the bets really quickly?

The bets are really important to my stream, but everytime the betting pool comes over 2 billion, the bets and stats switch to minus. And when I pay out, the people get minus points.

I think you must only change the type to long or so.

Good evening ,

the points , it is possible for all users to deduct a certain percentage ?
The best spectators now have over 200 million Points and the bot can not handle that amount when I open some Bets.
Everytime the betting pool comes over 200 million, the bets and stats are negative (-).

First, can you please change the digit-system to "long" or something like that, for the bot can handle larger digits and second, is it possible to deduct points from ALL Users? Something like "deduct 80% from all users".

Maybe you can integrate this function or tell me how I can do that whith my database.
Im a big Streamer (average 3000 Viewers) and thats a big problem for me.

And one other question, how can I subscribe to the premium features?

The update from today is the biggest shit ever!
Im a big Streamer and the bot runs really well before todays update.

But now, when 4000 People spam the bot freeze and must be closed with taskmanager.
Please give me the old version from yesterday.

Hello!

Your Bot isnt bad for small and medium Streams, but when you have 3000+ Viewers and a really active chat,the bot crash every few minutes.
Raffles can not be done, because after I start the raffle, the bot freezes within 2 seconds.

And no, its not only me. I have 2 good friends (1. average 10.000 Viewers and 2. 3.500 Viewers)

We tried all, but nothing can fix the problem.

The Bot is awesome!
But I have one Problem, Im not sooo small... Most of the Streams I have 2000 Viewers - last Stream I told the People they can request there points with "!pointname"... But I think this was a big failure. Now everybody spam this message to request there points - all the time. The Slowmode is 5min most of the time, but the chat is full of requests... Is there something I can do?
