Help/Support / Deepbot Disconnecting

Hi there

Unfortunately, I'm having to write this given that for the third day in a row Deepbot refuses to stay connected or does not connect.

Deepbot worked fine before, not sure what is happening but it is very frustrating. I've read the forum and heard that it might be Twitch but my stream is fine so I do not understand why Deepbot is not.

I have tried the three different ports and there are no firewall issues...

Help?

I was told the application was unsuccesful on the basis that the minimum donation was $10 but I did indeed pay on the 16th... please check again.

3. Twitch bot account name?(This needs to be a valid twitch account, other than your streamer account you own that the bot will connect to)

4. Your streaming schedule? [Days/Approximate time]
Mon-Fri: 8pm/9pm-12pm/1am
Sat-Sun: 5pm- whenever

Times vary depending on my main job / personal obviously.

5. Is your stream partnered with Twitch?
No

6. Average number of users on your channel?
15+ (concurrent)

7. Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot? If yes, please specify which Bot you are currently using.[/li]

No
