when I do the https://api.deepbot.tv link all it says is "SSL 0n".  No Certificate info.

There is no crash log.  Loads all the way, but when I hit "Connect" it says after a long delay "something went wrong while connecting to twitch, please try again later"

Error log stops at 8/1/2015.  Nothing in error log...tried several times since then to start bot, keeps crashing.

I have not used bot for about a month, just updated and it crashes on load.  Uninstalled - Reinstalled with same result.  What can I do to fix?

Where did you hear about DeepBot from?  Seen it on other streams.

Your streaming schedule? Every Day Except Monday - Times Vary
Is your stream partnered with Twitch? No
Average number of users on your channel? 10 or more
Do you need to migrate an existing points system over to DeepBot? no
