Custom Notifications / Need help with implementing CSS into my notifiation

Okay so I am trying to get my notification to work on the CLR browser and its not coming up I am getting the generic Xbox live symbol an that is it. Sorry if I can't give you any more information, but I just feel really lost on this CSS stuff.
